What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can support onboarding, employee documentation, lifecycle administration, and employee query resolution while growing my HR skills.

I'm currently supporting HR operations at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd., where I maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding documentation, and handle employee queries through calls and emails.

I manage official communication through Microsoft Outlook and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support employee lifecycle activities. I focus on accurate documentation and confidential HR data management.

Previously, I supported onboarding and HR administration as a Human Resources Executive at Rama University, following HR internships with ILP Overseas and Aashman Foundation.

I've completed an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing and bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to HR operations.
