I seek a cross-functional role combining customer success, product design, and marketing at a collaborative company where I can improve onboarding, retention, and product experience.

I am a customer-success-focused product designer and marketing lead who builds onboarding, retention, and product experiences for B2B and B2C platforms. I combine hands-on product work with client-facing relationship management to drive measurable user engagement.

I implemented Customer Success SOPs, onboarding schematics, and a comprehensive customer success database from scratch, troubleshooting implementation issues and serving as the primary client contact. At Game Caviar I managed B2B relationships, analyzed feedback for product improvements, and expanded into feature demo development and in-platform communication projects.

As Head of Marketing & Product Designer at JEEVES, I led mobile app and website redesign efforts, coordinated creative campaigns with local brands, and developed CRM membership programs and promotional planning tied to sales forecasts. I also monitored retail operations and executed audits to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

I work collaboratively with product, marketing, and engineering teams, leaning on user research, prototyping, and testing to inform design decisions. I maintain a creative outlet through writing and a blog, reflecting a consistent focus on storytelling and user-centered communication.
