I’m a motivated, relationship-driven remote professional with experience in client communication, administrative coordination, and digital operations support. I build trust quickly by managing conversations with a calm, empathetic approach and following through with organized next steps.

As Founder & Operations Lead at Klaq Wearz (2024–Present), I oversee customer experience, supplier coordination, and daily operations. I resolve issues, coordinate orders, manage inquiries and follow-ups across digital platforms, and implement workflows/SOPs that improve operational efficiency.

I also support client-facing brand and communication work as a Brand Manager & Administrative Coordinator at Experience (2025–Present). I maintain organized schedules and documentation, coordinate digital engagement activities, and help ensure timely communication and smooth collaboration between team members and clients.

Through special education practicum at Open Doors Special School (Nigeria), I developed patient-centered communication and behavioral support skills while supporting students with autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. Today, I bring that people-first mindset—paired with strong digital productivity habits—so remote teams can deliver consistent, organized support that helps people succeed.
