At Indrajaal Drone Defence India Pvt. Ltd., I manage recruitment across Indrajaal and Grene Robotics, overseeing 70+ concurrent hiring requirements across engineering, defence technology, operations, production, and business functions. I partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define manpower needs and prioritise vacancies.
I coordinate hiring from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, salary negotiation, and closure. I also manage three external recruitment vendors, maintain GreneOS ATS and hiring reports, and create standardised job description templates and candidate scorecards.
Previously, I managed consulting-client recruitment at Gallop Research and end-to-end IT and non-IT hiring at Truein. At LEAD, I coordinated campus recruitment across 100 colleges, while at Raven Labs I managed recruitment for business and creative roles and supported website launches.
