At Appspace, I define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, managing products from discovery through launch and optimization. I translate customer insights into requirements, journeys, and prioritized initiatives alongside Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

Previously, I owned backlogs and product delivery at Appspace, Cofidis, and K21, leading discovery interviews, Agile ceremonies, user-story creation, and release quality efforts. At K21, I also managed Portuguese and Spanish websites and e-commerce platforms while enabling incremental feature delivery.

My background in anthropology and more than seven years in marketing across Portugal and the UK shaped how I understand consumer behavior and communication. I’m continuing to grow in product management by asking questions, learning from customers, and creating value around their needs.
