At Golden Autumn and Field Day, national agricultural exhibitions of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, I built the business programme and managed the speaker team. I kept programme, speaker and technical-script information connected in Google Sheets so on-site teams could use it.

At VTB Bank, I ran the project office for a cross-functional digital stream, covering budgets, milestones and backlog. I also moved budget planning into a shared spreadsheet with data validation and built dashboards, using basic SQL; today, I work on federal and corporate events and practise business coaching.
