What I'm looking for

Seeking a remote operations, customer support, administrative support, or back-office role. Comfortable with customer coordination, documentation, task tracking, data checking, order processing, and structured workflows. Open to coordinator, specialist, associate, junior, contract, or part-time roles.

I've managed integrated agency projects from client brief and contract coordination through planning, budgeting, execution, deliverables and reporting. Across Brand Maker / The Purpose Group and T&A Ogilvy, I coordinated creative, planning, production, vendors and local teams across Vietnam.

At Key Communications, I turned prospective-client briefs into proposals, project plans and budgets, including the ASUS Zenbook Flip project with designer Đỗ Mạnh Cường and Masteri Homes initiatives. I've maintained an Abbott client relationship for four to five years and managed multiple client relationships concurrently.

Most recently, I led Golden Cashew, a three-day outdoor public project for approximately 18,000 attendees, with a VND 2–2.5 billion budget. I coordinated suppliers, teams and workstreams across ceremonies, seminars and entertainment while aligning delivery to client requirements.

I'm also an entrepreneur and strategic project partner, with experience making commercial and operating decisions for Bodyline and Shineline and contributing to financial oversight and partnership discussions for current projects. I bring practical problem solving, documentation, task tracking and clear coordination across clients, teams and external partners.
