What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run operations for senior leaders, streamline high-volume workflows with automation, and deliver end-to-end projects—partnering cross-functionally, owning KPIs, and improving processes continuously.

I’m an operations professional with 10+ years managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder processes for senior leadership across audit, tech, and retail. Currently, I support 5 Audit Partners and 23 managers at a global audit firm, coordinating calendars, meeting workflows, and partner-ready documentation while managing invoicing up to €800K+ monthly.

I also drive process improvement and product delivery—building self-built process-automation tools (including an Excel macro to auto-generate and validate up to 100 audit documents per run) and delivering a CRM implementation 10% under budget. Earlier, I led a retail team and scaled operations across departments, strengthening procurement, inventory management, KPI tracking, and internal audit-driven process improvements.
