What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing SaaS role where I can own enterprise accounts, drive onboarding/adoption, and lead retention and expansion through close cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and continuous learning.

I’m a Customer Success Manager with 4+ years of experience supporting stakeholders across LATAM and international markets in fast-paced SaaS environments. I’m hands-on and proactive, and I work best at the intersection of communication, problem-solving, and alignment between customer needs and internal teams. I value transparency, continuous learning, and building relationships that help everyone move forward while maximizing the customer experience.

In my current role at Enabley, I own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts totaling over $400K in ARR. I lead the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to adoption, retention, and expansion—partnering with key stakeholders at organizations such as Heineken and IsaEnergia (Brazil). I proactively identify growth opportunities to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, while ensuring seamless collaboration across product, support, and sales.

Before that, I served as a Business Development Manager at Enabley, driving full-cycle B2B sales across LATAM within a learning management system. I consistently met and exceeded monthly targets using a consultative approach that mapped solutions to customer needs, then ensured smooth handoffs to Customer Success to strengthen long-term retention and expansion. Earlier, as a Global Business Development / Growth Specialist for LATAM at IREV, I drove commercial expansion, growing the customer base from 3 to 20 clients in one year by generating and qualifying leads and engaging C-level executives.

My foundation includes global Business Development as a LATAM BDR at BITOLO, where I generated and qualified B2B opportunities in a SaaS/fintech setting through outbound and inbound prospecting and rigorous qualification for seamless AE handoff. I also brought strong operational support experience from serving as Executive Assistant to the Consul at the Canadian Consulate of Minas Gerais, managing schedules and high-level engagements through careful research and dependable coordination.
