At Colektia, I own end-to-end launches for applications, automations, and new engineering features in fintech. I build AI audit agents for WhatsApp conversations, real-time quality monitoring systems, and automated bug detection across debt-collection portfolios.
I prioritize technical backlogs with developers, run product discovery, support application design, and turn user feedback into clear bug reports and feature requests. I also create user manuals and product documentation that make technical products easier to use.
