What I'm looking for

I’m looking for public-safety or community program work where I can coordinate funding workflows, support Grants and Contributions, and apply research-driven analysis—using my attention to detail and client-focused communication to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a Program Officer (PM-02) with Public Safety Canada, where I coordinate end-to-end administrative and funding workflows for Indigenous Community Corrections Initiative (ICCI) projects. I use ccmEnterprise and PSIMS to track project activities, build accurate CCM entries, and support intake, routing, approvals, and audibility.

In this role, I draft Funding Agreement materials, manage a broad range of financial activities (including invoice processing, call-ups, amendments, travel claims, and payment coordination), and support cashflow analysis through spreadsheet review and validation. I also coordinate Grants and Contributions documentation—submitting RPAFs, memos, and routing slips for approvals and attestation—while ensuring accuracy and completeness to meet departmental and financial controls.

Before my current position, I was a Loaned resource to the Expanded Security Infrastructure Program (ESIP) and served as a Junior Policy Analyst (Casual EC-02). I conducted research and analysis for program planning and outreach, developed stakeholder lists, drafted background and briefing materials, and maintained Excel-based tracking tools to support reporting and oversight. Across all roles, I bring strong analytical ability, attention to details, and clear communication with multiple government departments and clients.
