I’m a program coordinator with a strong specialty in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), combining security assessments, risk mitigation, and strategic communications to improve safety outcomes. I develop comprehensive safety reports and translate on-the-ground findings into practical, stakeholder-aligned actions.

In my current and past roles, I’ve enhanced community safety by collaborating with external and internal partners to assess vulnerabilities, implement security features, and strengthen property security. I lead cross-functional coordination, manage timelines and project performance, and build durable client and stakeholder relationships.

Alongside program work, I bring deep communication and analysis experience—creating educational materials and presentations, supporting tenant services and workshops, drafting grant proposals, and conducting research and policy-oriented writing. My approach is hands-on, data-informed, and designed to make complex ideas clear, actionable, and measurable.
