I’m a client-focused operations and property management professional with 5+ years of experience across real estate, hospitality, and guest relations, with strong skills in international client communication. I’ve coordinated property operations, managed guest experiences, and supported sales through market research and clear, professional client communication.

In my current role, I work closely with the CEO to drive business development through outbound outreach and relationship-building via LinkedIn and professional networks. I also create newsletters and marketing communication using AI-assisted content tools, manage online community engagement, and provide regular analytics updates to track outreach, engagement, and digital growth performance.
