I’m a customer-focused professional with 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and client relationship management. I serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through email, chat, and virtual communication while keeping service delivery responsive and solution-driven.

In my current role as Customer Success Manager, I support onboarding and ongoing account management, investigate and resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate customer records and support history. I also manage escalations to ensure timely resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and outcomes.

Alongside customer success work, I’ve delivered remote legal advisory and managed stakeholder communication through documentation review and research. These experiences strengthen my written communication, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders—traits I bring to proactive retention and long-term client relationships.
