At Litera Microsystems, I managed post-sale relationships for law firm and corporate legal accounts across APAC, EMEA, and North America. I supported adoption, retention, and expansion across Kira, Litera Transact, Office & Dragon (O&D), and Litigate.
I led discovery sessions and delivered product demonstrations tailored to clients’ legal workflows. I also onboarded customers and configured document management integrations, including iManage and NetDocuments.
I owned renewal conversations and progressed expansion opportunities with sales, while monitoring customer health to identify churn risks. I brought customer feedback into product roadmap discussions and contributed to onboarding frameworks and success plan templates.
Before moving into legal technology, I practiced as an Advocate at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur and District Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur. I supported contract work, legal research, and litigation, and hold an LL.M. in Business Laws.
