I'm looking for a role where I can combine complex customer support, escalation handling, team coaching, and audience-focused content strategy to improve customer experiences and brand communication.

I've resolved 500+ weekly customer inquiries at 2Checkout, now Verifone, and progressed to a Senior role by accelerating complex-case resolution and reducing repeat contacts.
