I'm seeking a challenging role where I can use my virtual assistance, telemarketing, customer service, and administrative support experience, contribute to organizational success, grow professionally, and provide exceptional client service.

At Gorascal, I supported U.S.-based businesses through virtual assistance, outbound telemarketing, lead generation, and appointment setting.

I worked with real estate professionals, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers, and property preservation projects, communicating with clients, managing leads, and supporting daily operations. I also maintained customer records and CRM updates while providing administrative, email, calendar, and social media support.

I focus on professional communication and strong client relationships across phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Fluent in English and native in Bangla, I’m continuing my BBA in Marketing and eager to learn, grow professionally, and provide exceptional service to clients and customers.
