I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer support, appointment setting, and lead generation—using CRM, email, and scheduling—to support executives and drive business growth with professional, organized service.

I’m a results-driven Virtual Assistant and Customer Care professional who supports executives and customers through email and phone. I schedule appointments, manage calendars, and keep accurate digital records while resolving issues professionally to maintain high service standards.

I bring strong lead generation and follow-up skills, with experience from real estate where I nurtured qualified leads and closed two property transactions, earning approximately ■3 million in commissions. I’m skilled at cold outreach, negotiations support, and guiding clients through the sales process.
