I’m a strategy and operations professional specialized in scaling complex operational systems through automation, workflow orchestration, and cross-functional execution. I lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives in regulated environments, partnering with engineering, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to design scalable decision systems and operational infrastructure.

At Deloitte, I led the end-to-end rollout and operational scaling of a nationwide AI-enabled decisioning platform used by 800+ users across 200+ locations. I reduced turnaround time from ~48 hours to under 1 hour by combining workflow orchestration, OCR-enabled document processing, APIs, automated calculations, and operational redesign.

I’m especially strong at translating ambiguous business problems into structured execution models—then turning those models into measurable operating improvements. I designed operational frameworks and execution models to improve throughput, consistency, governance, and decision quality at scale, backed by KPI tracking and operational visibility frameworks across automation coverage, cycle time, exception rates, adoption, and processing performance.

I also enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, and execution in fast-moving, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments.
