In my current role as Operations Manager at NEUTRALE, I lead store operations and performance analysis for a sustainable lifestyle brand. I developed BI dashboards to monitor sales trends and improve inventory turnover, and I standardized inventory transfer processes between shops to reduce waste and increase product availability.

Previously at PROGREDO AG, I worked as a Product Analyst (VBA/BI), supporting financial decision-making through automated reporting. I engineered VBA/Excel tools for implied volatility reporting to significantly reduce manual effort and built financial dashboards for real-time monitoring of asset trends.

Earlier, as an Administrative Technician at IC SUPPLY ENGENHARIA, I managed operational and procurement workflows and built cloud-based databases and tracking dashboards to improve budget visibility and resource allocation. I bring a product-strategy mindset—focused on KPI definition, Agile/Scrum, and process optimization—while keeping execution practical and measurable.
