I’m a recent graduate with a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, and I bring that same diligence to client-facing work. I’m also a licensed California real estate agent with Keller Williams Carlsbad, proudly serving clients across San Diego County.

As Director of Agent Services & Real Estate Agent (January 2026–present), I lead agent services operations—onboarding, compliance, records management, and day-to-day support. I’m the primary liaison between agents, leadership, and the brokerage, ensuring alignment with state regulations, MLS rules, and Keller Williams policies.

I manage the full agent lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, delivering a high-touch experience that supports retention and productivity. I also streamline systems, documentation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall agent satisfaction.

Before this role, I built strong client and team leadership through retail roles at Vuori and lululemon, including Guest Experience Lead and Sales Floor Lead. I coached teams, improved day-to-day store operations, and resolved guest concerns with empathy and efficiency—so every interaction feels confident, cared for, and well-executed.
