Ana Indoitu

As a dedicated and impact-driven HR manager with a Law background, I am passionate about team scaling and creating a performance-driven culture for remote and hybrid companies. With a strong focus on hands-on collaboration with C-level executives, I have developed expertise in operational delivery of people agendas and best practices.

My experience spans across various industries, including my current role as Head of People at Jagaad, where I have developed a team, hired talent, and shaped the company culture. I have also led a team of 17 as Director at INVENTO, implementing sustainable development projects and increasing the organization's budget by 380k EUR.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also engaged in not-for-profit work, including my role as a Delegate at the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, where I designed and led the organization of two Youth Conferences for Environment. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2, with fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian, and conversational skills in French.
