I’m a Junior Project Manager with an operations background, focused on turning moving parts into reliable execution. I bring hands-on experience coordinating high-volume workflows, tracking time-sensitive tasks, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

In logistics operations, I managed end-to-end order coordination across multiple regions, coordinating bookings, tracking shipments, and communicating with cross-functional teams (sales, transport, finance) to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity. I also analyzed recurring operational issues and contributed to process improvements while maintaining high accuracy.

Earlier, I supported pre-opening and daily F&B department operations at Radisson Red by managing employee schedules, internal meetings, training sessions, and internal events with the F&B Director. I’ve also worked in customer care, bridging customers and teams to ensure clear communication and professional resolution of complex inquiries.

Through an RPA Project Management Internship at Zeptos, I created process documentation and workflow maps for IT projects, collaborated with developers to support delivery, and assisted with testing under different scenarios. I’m now focused on roles where I can combine project management, process optimization, and practical data-driven problem solving.
