I’m a HubSpot Certified Solutions Engineer with 1 year of hands-on CRM implementation experience, focused on streamlining business processes and improving customer engagement through smart CRM architecture. I bring a Software Quality Assurance background to ensure every solution is tested, reliable, and production-ready.

In my recent role, I designed and implemented HubSpot CRM workflows and automation, integrated HubSpot with external systems via REST APIs, and managed end-to-end data import, cleaning, and migration for accurate, consistent results. I also built custom reports, dashboards, and branded email templates to support marketing and sales team goals.

I enjoy translating requirements into practical CRM solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, then validating everything thoroughly before go-live. I’m passionate about creating clean data flows, measurable reporting, and robust automations that keep teams moving efficiently.
