I manage key accounts of 18+ clients across different industries, and I’ve led the end-to-end delivery of Nestlé’s flagship Nesternship recruitment program across 12 markets by coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

I conduct demos, onboarding sessions, and client training, and I serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout onboarding, implementation, project delivery, renewals, and ongoing support.

I also deliver gamified assessments, AI video interviews, and virtual assessment centers for thousands of candidates, generating regular assessment reports and final candidate scorecards. I leverage AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate proposals and documentation, and I collaborate with development, tech, QA, and design teams to meet launch deadlines.
