What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow client relationships, identify market opportunities, and own forecasting and pipeline targets, while also using my supply-chain/process-improvement background to contribute measurable results in a collaborative team.

I’m an enthusiastic Business Development Officer focused on creating new business opportunities and turning customer objections into positive outcomes. I build trust through consistent client communication, networking, and relationship management.

At AL FALAH INSURANCE COMPANY (2023–Onwards), I create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections. I identify market opportunities through meetings and other channels, meet existing and potential clients, and prepare financial projections to support business decisions.

Before that, I worked as a Supply Chain Management trainee at PTCL (2022–2023), where I planned and implemented overall supply chain strategy. I collaborated across Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, determined key supply chain KPIs, and suggested process improvements by finding bottlenecks and implementing timely solutions.

I bring strong organizational and time-management discipline, detail-oriented execution, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-moving environments. Alongside my applied supply chain management background, I’m skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and support creative needs with logo designing.
