At Caspian Paper, I supported software applications, computer systems, and end-user IT issues for 50 employees. I diagnosed application, performance, and connectivity problems and assisted users with software installation and configuration.
In my ongoing CCNA Enterprise Network Configuration & Troubleshooting project, I configured a simulated enterprise network with OSPF, VLAN segmentation, and IPv4/IPv6 connectivity. I also work hands-on with FortiGate firewalls, IPsec VPNs, and Windows Server labs, and hold CCNA, CompTIA Security+, and Network+ certifications.
