What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in network infrastructure roles where I can troubleshoot LAN/WAN and wireless environments, support high-availability operations, collaborate with network engineers, and deepen my routing, switching, and automation skills.

At Amazon Fulfillment Centre, I maintain network stability for 300+ workstations, scanners, and wireless devices, sustaining approximately 99% uptime for mission-critical operations. I troubleshoot LAN failures, DHCP conflicts, wireless degradation, switch ports, and basic VLAN assignments while documenting and escalating complex incidents to network engineers.

I’ve also co-led peak-readiness infrastructure audits and built multi-branch routing and switching environments using Cisco IOS and Juniper Junos. I’m completing a B.Tech in Information Technology and progressing toward CCNA and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
