At Blue Cross Blue Shield, I plan, implement, and support Cisco network infrastructure across a large multi-site environment. I also administer F5 BIG-IP platforms and support the Akamai environment, including CDN, Edge DNS, Bot Manager, and API Security.
I provision and manage AWS and Azure infrastructure, including hybrid connectivity to on-premises data centers. I automate network and cloud infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and REST APIs.
Earlier, at Dialog-Direct, I supported multi-site Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5 environments, and trained and supervised Level 1, Level 2, and offshore engineers. I hold AWS, Azure, and Cisco certifications, including CCNP Security.
