What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Division HR Officer position where I can support division leadership and departments with HR operations, policy-aligned personnel actions, recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and employee development.

At Florida International University, I serve as an HR contact for departments within the Steven J. Green School of International & Public Affairs. I advise on personnel actions, interpret university HR policy, and help resolve HR matters.

I coordinate recruitment activities and prepare faculty appointment documentation, including offers, renewals, reassignments, and revisions. I also coordinate J-1 visa documentation for international hiring initiatives.

I analyze workforce data and prepare reports on salary compression, turnover trends, and promotion activity to support compensation and talent decisions. I’ve also developed HR process documentation, training resources, and engagement materials for onboarding and employee experience initiatives.

Earlier, at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, CareerStaff Unlimited, and Walker Healthforce, I supported recruitment and onboarding across healthcare roles. I managed active requisitions, developed candidate pipelines, and tracked recruiting KPIs; I’m now seeking a Division HR Officer position.
