I’m looking for multidisciplinary work where I can take ownership, solve interesting problems and keep learning. I’m drawn to roles spanning analytics, energy, strategy, digital products and creative work, especially in collaborative, international teams. Based in Denmark with the right to work here; open to remote opportunities and relocation.

Amina Haider
@aminahaider
Engineer and analyst working across data, energy, business analysis and digital products, with a knack for solving messy, cross-functional problems.
What I'm looking for
I'm an engineer and multidisciplinary problem-solver with an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technologies from DTU and a BSc in Electrical Engineering. My experience sits across data, technology, business and energy, and I'm particularly drawn to work where I can take an ambiguous problem, understand how the pieces fit together and build a practical solution.
I spent nearly two years with Svitzer's Performance & Product team, working across a global fleet of 450+ vessels. My work ranged from building a Power BI fleet-intelligence platform and developing Python and Microsoft Fabric data pipelines to leading the business-side delivery of a global data transition contributing to USD 74.5k in annual OPEX savings, conducting UAT, analysing operational performance and coordinating stakeholders across regions.
I've also worked across commercial analytics, market intelligence and research, alongside technical work in renewable energy, forecasting and quantitative modelling. Outside this more analytical track, I've pursued projects in websites, UI/UX, visual design and digital content — an area I'm increasingly interested in developing further.
I'm open to opportunities across data and business analytics, energy and climate, operations, product, strategy and project development, as well as creative and digital roles where I can continue building my design expertise. More than a particular job title, I'm looking for multidisciplinary work that rewards curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity and the ability to learn quickly.

Built Power BI dashboards and customer segmentation to support sales decision-making and account prioritisation, worked across commercial datasets and processes, and mentored an incoming intern during handover.
Conducted market and talent intelligence research for executive search projects, mapping senior professionals across industries and markets. Built structured datasets, benchmarked candidates and companies, and produced research and market intelligence to support search strategy and client work.
Worked with faculty to redesign assignments, examples and learning activities for a Socio-Ecological Systems course. Helped translate complex systems concepts into clearer, more accessible teaching material while contributing a student perspective to course design.
Developed a comprehensive LaTeX-based academic manuscript and course resource, synthesising technical material into a structured publication. Worked across academic research, technical writing, documentation, formatting and literature synthesis.
Processed and catalogued donated books at the back-end, updating them on Virtua, an online server
Designed wireframes and interface concepts in Figma for a website and mobile application using simulated client briefs. Developed early experience in UI/UX principles, information hierarchy, digital interfaces and translating requirements into visual concepts.
Selected and wrote daily photography content for Dawn's digital platforms and supported real-time coverage of Pakistan's 2018 general election. Worked on social content, fact-checking and data verification in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
