I've supported construction and infrastructure projects for Future Technology Ltd. across Saudi Arabia, developing baseline schedules, cost-loaded plans, cash-flow forecasts, and progress reporting for multi-million SAR projects.

I use Primavera P6 and MS Project to establish WBS structures, monitor progress, run CPM and schedule risk analysis, and prepare Time Impact Analysis and EOT claims to manage delays.

At Al-Gammal Contracting, I tracked HDD project milestones, analyzed schedule and cost variances, prepared executive financial briefs, and coordinated with clients, departmental managers, and senior leadership.

Alongside industry work, I've taught civil engineering students, delivered Primavera P6 and AutoCAD training, and supported practical learning through tutorials, labs, and problem-solving workshops.
