What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I own baseline/recovery planning in Primavera P6, track SPI/CPI with Power BI dashboards, and partner with site teams to prevent delays—delivering transparent performance reporting and practical recovery actions.

I’m a civil engineer turned planning and project controls professional with 10+ years of experience supporting residential, real estate, and infrastructure projects. I’m driven by the ability to turn complex work packages into realistic baseline and recovery schedules.

In my recent roles across KSA, I developed, reviewed, and updated integrated baseline schedules in Primavera P6 and coordinated with site and management teams to align approved plans with execution progress and contractual milestones. I also prepare weekly dashboards, performance reports, and support tender schedules, resource loading, and scenario planning.

I’ve built a strong execution background through site supervision and construction delivery, which helps me track progress with KPI visibility (SPI/CPI) and propose recovery actions that minimize delays. I also support planning needs using tools like Timecamp and contribute to lookahead planning and progress measurement.

Beyond day-to-day scheduling, I focus on performance reporting and analytical support—using Power BI for KPI monitoring and conducting schedule analysis for project oversight requirements. I’ve also pursued training in delay analysis/TIA and I’m currently progressing toward PMP®.
