At Orascom Construction, I prepare EOT claims for major infrastructure projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Burundi. I analyze delay cause and effect, build delay chronologies and timelines, assess schedule impacts, and present claims to project stakeholders.

Previously at Projecs, I developed baseline and cost- and resource-loaded schedules for 80+ projects and updated schedules for 100+ projects. I also delivered Time Impact Analyses, quantum analyses, recovery schedules, acceleration schedules, and re-baselines using AACE and SCL recommended practices.
