I've led major construction delivery at Elansar for Constructing and Trading Company, including Kafr Al-shaikh New Hospital, Naval Hospital Renovation, SENGHOR University, and Technology University in Burj Al Arab. My work covers project schedules, quality and cost control, progress reporting, payment invoices, procurement, manpower, and coordination with subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
Previously at AZMEEL Contracting Company in Al-Jubail, I planned SABIC and Saudi Aramco housing projects and served as Senior Site Engineer on the GOSI investment residential complex. I bring hands-on construction, scheduling, resource loading, cash-flow planning, delay analysis, recovery planning, and site coordination experience.
