Provided healthcare training, AED program management, and medical compliance services while delivering American Heart Association courses for BLS, ACLS, PALS, HeartSaver CPR, First Aid, and AED. Developed workplace emergency response programs and managed AED inspections, maintenance, compliance tracking, and replacement programs.

Delivered contracted paramedic coverage for construction sites, industrial facilities, film/television productions, special events, and private clients. Handled payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and human resources functions while coordinating contractor relations and office operations. Supervised administrative personnel and maintained company compliance records including legal documentation and scheduling support.

Completed the Biomedical Magnet Program with a Biotechnology focus and graduated in 2010.
