I'm looking to lead complex healthcare operations where I can improve patient-centered service, strengthen workforce performance, manage change, and partner with clinical and executive teams on high-priority operational goals.

I've led operational transformation at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi Medical Center, supporting a 457-bed, seven-building Level I Trauma Center and more than 200,000 annual emergency department visits.

In Materials Management, I built a 24/7 operation in six weeks, led 75 union employees, and established a COVID-19 PPE Distribution Center adopted by 10 additional facilities. I also recruited and onboarded 20+ employees while redesigning distribution workflows and managing supply shortages.

I've led emergency department, patient escort, credentialing, risk management, patient safety, and radiology operations, with a focus on patient flow, regulatory readiness, workforce engagement, and reliable patient-centered service.
