I'm looking to lead or coordinate nursing, occupational health, case management, or utilization review work where I can strengthen safety, compliance, team performance, and patient or employee outcomes.

At Duke Energy, I assess employee injuries and illnesses, manage first aid and case management, support medical clearances, and maintain OSHA, NRC, and Cority documentation in a hybrid environment.

I've supported Duke Energy through eTeam, including COVID case management, employee medical clearances, internal site audits, and on-site nurse training. I also served as an RN Case Manager at HCA Ocala Regional Medical Center, coordinating safe discharges and utilization-focused care.

Previously, I led nursing specialists and five clinical sites for the American Red Cross Carolinas Region, managing hiring, safety, budgets, equipment, quality initiatives, and remote operations. I used LEAN resource management and led a capital equipment changeover that saved more than $35K.
