What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance inclusive, accessible, evidence-based EMS education and operations, with opportunities to strengthen workforce culture, clinical innovation, mental preparedness, and support for neurodivergent learners.

I lead Emergency Medical Services operations at NYU Langone Health – Long Island, where I expanded the workforce by 24% while advancing clinical innovation, employee engagement, and patient-centered care.

I've built EMS contract infrastructure, contingency plans, policies, training, scheduling, QA/QI, logistics, and field-staff performance programs. Through Pulse Point Consulting, I translate complex EMS standards and operations into clear analysis for legal proceedings.

I'm also an EMS educator and researcher focused on mental preparedness, neurodiversity, and accessible, evidence-based learning. I've developed curricula and online learning programs, taught paramedic and EMT students, and published research on ADHD and instructional delivery in EMS education.
