At Critical Beat CPR & Training, I teach American Heart Association Basic Life Support and Heartsaver, American Red Cross, and HSI CPR, First Aid, and AED courses, plus Stop the Bleed. I manage class schedules, registration, payments, student records, and certification cards for an estimated 3,500+ certified participants.
I sign off instructors who teach for the business and evaluate participants' skills against certification standards. I also prepare and maintain the training equipment and promote courses through the business website and digital materials.
At Teachers for the 21st Century Alternative Certification Program, I administered live virtual classes in Microsoft Teams and supported instructors and candidates with access and connectivity issues. I guided candidates through admissions, registration, documentation, testing, and certification.
I compiled TEA and federal Title II reports, built Power BI dashboards, and maintained audit-ready records. I moved candidate tracking from paper to Excel, Access, and a custom MySQL database, cutting processing time about 60%; I also created learning materials for 10 modules that helped sustain a 94% first-time certification pass rate.
