At Performance Food Group, I greet clients, handle face-to-face service requests, and resolve order discrepancies. I also use digital inventory systems to process, track, and pull customer orders.

Previously, I worked at Crackerbarrel as a Sales Associate, Shift Leader, and ToGo Hospitality Lead. I managed high-volume inbound phone lines, took orders, and addressed customer inquiries and service complaints.

At Crackerbarrel, I conducted weekly virtual conference calls and collaborated digitally to build and manage monthly team schedules. I also led and motivated team members to meet company service benchmarks.

My experience includes customer support, conflict resolution, scheduling, data entry, and office technology. I’m looking to transition my skills into a remote customer service role.
