I seek HR roles where I can drive employee experience, implement HRIS and data-driven solutions, coach leaders, and reduce turnover while supporting cross-functional growth.

I am an HR Business Partner with eight years of HR experience and seven years in sales and management, focused on creating positive employee experiences through research and cross-functional partnerships.
