I’m a Senior Operations & Strategy Manager with 8+ years of experience across operations, program management and market intelligence, grounded in a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing Management. My career has moved from analyzing markets to running the operations that scale businesses, and I enjoy roles that combine both: structured problem-solving, data-driven decisions and building systems that work at scale.

I own a $400K budget that I’ve cut ~25% with 100% adherence, saved $140K+ through vendor negotiations, grew output ~50% without lowering quality, and introduced LLM-assisted workflows. I lead a team of 4 analysts and a network of 50+ subject matter experts and writers, with 100% team retention.

I’m looking for senior roles in operations, strategy, program/project management or business analysis, and I’m also interested in market research and brand strategy.
