I’m seeking a challenging role where I can apply consultative HVAC/plumbing sales, keep growing recurring revenue, and improve operations—inside a supportive culture that offers continuous learning and a clear path for professional and internal growth.

I’m an HVAC/Plumbing Sales Executive with 6+ years of expertise in Commercial & Residential systems, including Chillers, Boilers, RTUs, VRF, Mini-Splits, Furnaces, and Ice Machines. I’m known for driving new business acquisition, maintaining high-value contracts, and converting new leads quickly through consultative support.

Most recently, as Lead Outside Sales at Bayes Inc., I spearheaded the launch of the new Service Department. I developed and executed the go-to-market strategy that led to the hiring of 7 new service technicians, while growing recurring revenue by securing 12 new Preventative Maintenance contracts with high-value accounts.

Earlier, at Fry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, I served as a Comfort Advisor and Sales & Office Manager—quoting and closing $511,748.23 in residential and commercial sales in the first 7 months. I implemented a referral system that generated 5 new customers per month, expanded commercial maintenance relationships, and improved customer satisfaction by increasing Google reviews from approximately 100 in 2021 to over 1,200 by July 2024 with an average rating of 4.8.

I bring strong sales strategy, customer account management, and operational support—prospecting in Ohio and Michigan, running the full sales cycle from cold-call prospecting to contract negotiation, and coordinating technicians, installers, scheduling, and dispatch.
