At Salesforce, I built A² Pulse, an AI-powered diagnostic platform using REST, Tooling, Metadata SOAP APIs, and an LLM Gateway for automated root-cause analysis. It was approved by the Salesforce AI Council and is live in production; I also designed and demonstrated an autonomous Agentforce agent before Agentforce Vibes GA.
I consult enterprise clients on Agentforce, Data Cloud, Digital Engagement, integration architecture, platform security, and scalable Apex/LWC development. Previously at Capgemini supporting GE Power, I developed CRM automations, reports, dashboards, security configurations, and production defect fixes.
