At V2Force, I lead the AI practice for Salesforce delivery, where AI agents now automate roughly 80% of the pipeline across org health checks, enrichment, solutioning, development and testing. I also serve as technical lead for a team of eight engineers and have trained and mentored 30+ engineers.
I’ve delivered Agentforce and Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients, including rebuilding a legacy org with a real-time, bidirectional MuleSoft integration to Dynamics 365 Finance. That work eliminated manual re-keying between systems and closed hypercare with zero critical or major issues.
I developed SF PermLens, a Chrome extension for comparing and managing Salesforce permissions, and published two managed packages to AppExchange. Across my Salesforce work, I’ve built integrations, Service Cloud experiences and AI-powered tools, including a native call-scoring project that raised scoring accuracy to 80–90%.
