Across my career, from enterprise implementations to AppExchange product development, I’ve led solution design, DevOps automation, performance tuning, and product innovation.

I’ve contributed to flagship Salesforce products like TargetRecruit, Copado, and Genpact Managed Packages, building AI-native frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modular, reusable Apex-LWC systems. My work includes:

• Architecting a plug-and-play Generative AI framework on Salesforce, integrating ChatGPT and AWS Bedrock via secure, reusable REST architecture

• Architecting a full-scale, Salesforce-native back-office system for the ATS, handling large worker volumes and complex shift, overtime, and rate rules; includes advanced UI consoles, bulk invoicing, pay processing, and financial operations

• Creating metadata-driven, multi-tenant Apex-LWC frameworks for modular, configurable deployments across client orgs

• Improving bulk data orchestration and async processing, increasing throughput by 50%+

• Implementing multi-cloud DevOps pipelines with Copado Functions, GitLab, and Azure DevOps for scalable release automation

• Designing second-gen/unlocked packages and leading AppExchange security, compliance, and review processes
