At Salesforce, I built SEAP (Salesforce Enterprise Agent Platform), a multi-agent AI delivery platform covering the Salesforce SDLC from discovery to deployment. Presented org-wide as “SuperAgent,” it uses a hub-and-spoke orchestrator with eight specialist agents.
I architected SEAP on AWS ECS, connecting Salesforce APIs, Jira, and GitHub and integrating multiple LLM providers. I also delivered production features for observability, feedback, and measuring productivity impact, and led adoption planning with a team of 53 AI Coaches.
As a Technical Architect at Salesforce, I delivered Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients, including a telecom service-delivery solution with two agents and seven prompt templates. I also introduced LangGraph and MCP to unify agents, helping drive 30% faster delivery cycles and 120+ hours saved per pod per month.
Across my Salesforce work, I’ve authored whitepapers on token optimization, LLM model selection, and AI security, and led hands-on Agentforce workshops. Earlier, I developed Salesforce solutions at Deloitte Digital, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., and Tata Consultancy Services.
