I am an Application Support Engineer currently working with SLMG Beverages, a part of The Coca-Cola Company, where I specialize in enterprise platforms such as DMS and SFA. My role involves providing L1 and L2 support, conducting backend analysis, and managing configuration to ensure seamless operations for distributors and sales teams. I am actively engaged in a significant migration project, transitioning from DMS 2.0 to DMS 3.0, which has honed my skills in user onboarding and compatibility testing.

Previously, I served as a Project Engineer at Gaurang Infratech International LLP, where I contributed to a government project in collaboration with Tata Advanced Systems Limited. My responsibilities included managing NetApp storage solutions, providing technical assistance across multiple control centers, and generating analytical reports for government stakeholders. My technical expertise, combined with strong problem-solving skills, enables me to deliver efficient and scalable solutions in the IT sector.
