I’m an Analytics Manager with 7 years of experience driving retention, growth, and monetisation across live-service consumer products at scale. I lead analytics and data engineering work end to end, from data strategy and KPI frameworks to experimentation infrastructure.
In my current role, I partner with product and engineering leadership to improve KPI performance and accelerate decision making. I’ve led teams of up to 8 across analytics and data engineering, managing analytics across 27+ live-service products while shifting the function from reactive reporting to proactive growth initiatives.
I build proactive anomaly detection (e.g., fraud, refund spikes, infra costs, and pipeline health) and translate insights into measurable business impact. I’ve also built production AI-powered analytics tools using LLMs, Gemini, agentic workflows, and automated insight generation.
Previously, I owned analytics for product and LiveOps teams, rebuilding inherited data pipelines from scratch—reducing infrastructure cost by 80% while improving stability. I’ve designed and analyzed experiments across onboarding, retention, and monetisation, including cohort analysis and A/B results that shape what ships.
